Leads that arrive when the calling team is offline are caught by an after-hours detector and handed to an AI calling agent, which calls the student directly instead of waiting for the next business day.
2 · Nurture, Query & Convert
Nurture and drip sequences keep registered students warm, including a webinar reminder sent exactly one hour before it starts. A query chatbot on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger answers every student question as it comes in — every time, not just during office hours. When the chatbot detects real buying interest, it hands that student straight back to the calling team to close, instead of the interest going nowhere.
